I need a Name!

This is a courtesy posting for the Finger Lakes Dog Protection Agency.

Hi, I don't have a name yet here at the Finger Lakes Dog Protection Agency, but I am looking for someone who will give me one along with a great home!! I am a 3 year old female Siberian Husky with the most beautiful icy blue eyes you have ever seen.

I have been good with the other dogs at the shelter, and have been great with all the
people too. They tell me I am a very content girl, I lay quietly in my kennel and great everyone who comes by. But boy, I would love to get out of here and have a real home and family. I think I would love someone who can take me for long walks, and can keep me safe in a fenced yard, or always on a leash, because sometimes we Huskies like to run!

CDR wishes that we could take all dogs in need into our foster care program, but unfortunately all of our foster homes are full. Instead, we would like to help by making the community aware of regional shelters in need. Shelters such as this one are often overlooked and under-visited, even though they are filled with dogs just as nice and sweet and needy and loving as is our local shelter.
